When ProfiSaw-C was developed, the purpose was clear: To design a machine with the advantages of an optimised edger and with the process advantages of profiling. But without the disadvantages of other profilers – low recovery, chip- and surface quality. The result is ProfiSaw-C where boards can be optimised on a log to log basis, all surfaces are sawn, chip quality is excellent and with full sweep sawing ability. ProfiSaw-C can profile 1 or 2 boards per side of a cant and have pre-set board width difference or fully variable board widths. It can be combined with a curve sawing Chipper canter or with a feedwork. It can be combined with circular saws or bandsaws. All those features give us the opportunity to offer you the best profiling solution there is. |
