The Saw Edger System 6000 consists of a number if units which can be combined so that everything from the simplest to the most advanced need can be met. Saw Edger 6100, with two servo controlled saw spindles which can be adjusted with great precision to any desired measurement. Up to four blades can be mounted on each spindle with different sized exchangeable spacers for your individual edging requirements. Up to two 6200 split saws can be mounted between the blades of the 6100 Saw Edger. These are lifted up or down according to your requirements. Each spilt saw can easily be controlled with its own servo to the desired setting. An edgings separator is available for any of the different requirements. |

Saw Edger 7100 makes a substantially increased edger line throughput possible. With up to 500 m/min feed speed and lightning quick saw positioning in less than 0.1 second, piece counts are allowed to increase considerably. Saw Edger 7100 was designed with new thinking in a uniquely clean and powerful design. Top modern components and robot technology in the Heavy Duty machine frame with its precision machined arbors, have allowed the saw rpm to double. The higher saw rpm is used for improved sawing conditions and for higher line speed.
